Adriana Kopinja Photography provides professional photography services including but not limited to:

• Portrait photography
• Event photography
• Branding sessions
• Goddess sessions

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Payments

• A deposit may be required to secure your session date.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Full payment terms will be outlined in your individual client agreement.
• Late payments may result in cancellation of services.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Clients must provide written notice to reschedule.
• Rescheduling policies may vary depending on the session type.
• No-shows may result in forfeiture of deposit.
• In the event of emergency or circumstances beyond our control (weather, illness, force majeure), we may reschedule services.

4. Intellectual Property

All images created by Adriana Kopinja Photography remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive a limited license for personal use unless a commercial license is purchased.

Images may not be:

• Edited or altered without permission
• Sold or redistributed
• Used for commercial purposes without written consent

We reserve the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
