Shout out to Adriana for helping this non-photogenic, middle-aged woman have a truly positive experience in front of the camera! She provided really good guidance on which clothing to bring to the shoot and answered my many questions beforehand. On the day of the mini-shoot, her stylist gave my hair a little bounce and did a complete makeup application specifically geared towards the camera. During the shoot, Adriana's warm direction made me feel very at ease. She guided me through natural poses and helped me to relax enough to be myself for the camera in several settings that would best complement me and the purpose of the photo. Her encouragement helped me to feel confident and actually enjoy myself! We immediately reviewed all of the photos so I could choose my favorites which she emailed via a secure link the next day. I am so pleased with the images, (some professional and some casual), which capture the best of me in both a natural and polished way. A few of my friends have seen Adriana for portraits so I knew going in that I would have a positive experience, but I hadn't realized how much I would enjoy it. Adriana was an absolute pleasure to work with! From the very first interaction via phone, she was very responsive, informative, patient, and flexible. Her space is lovely and very inviting - a cool place to hang out, really! She and Lauren (makeup and hair - also wonderful!) made me feel very comfortable and pampered. It was a very streamlined process, yet I didn't feel rushed in any way. The photography part was so fun - we had a few laughs and most importantly, I love the results! I can't say enough about my recent photo shoot with Adriana. Her level of professionalism, organization, fun, collaboration with her hair / makeup person, Ariana, and her talent / the photos themselves are unmatched.  She helps you prep for a few weeks before the shoot (so long as you open the emails as they come, as you are supposed, which I didn't do, and even so she was flexible and patient with my disorganization, and STILL got me there and had an amazing time.

On top of being a fabulous photographer, she is a fabulous, all around person.  She is wonderful about directing small movements and how to pose for the photos to look great.  I was there just for headshot type photos (but these are super elevated, non-boring type headshots, not just you against the background and keep it moving), however she is a wonderful soul and specializes in photography to inspire confidence and uplift women. I was a therapist for 20+ years and the work Adriana does through her photography with women, in particular, I believe is probably more effective and efficient for most women than years of talk therapy...

I recently had a branding session with Adriana. The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish! She is incredibly professional, talented, and responsive, making the coordination process seamless.

Adriana is simply Amazing. We had an amazing experience from start to finish and we were a group of 10 including 2 kids. Adriana was very professional, organized and made us feel very comfortable the whole time . She came to our house to do a wardrobe  review and give us some ideas about colors and clothes choses. I have never been photogenic.  Taking pictures, whether solo or with family or friends, has always been a chore because I usually assume I won’t like the results (which is often true).  That is never the case when Adriana works her magic!

She has been taking our family photos for years and she has an incredible gift for making us feel comfortable.  Nothing feels forced or artificial.  Before the session, Adriana shares great tips to make sure we have the right outfits, and always provides helpful tips throughout the process, but she never asks us to do anything that doesn’t feel right.  She is a magician.  The results are always beautiful, which actually makes it difficult to narrow down my picks for holiday cards.  The albums feel luxurious and are very professionally done.  She truly creates memories that will last forever, and we will happily look back at them 20 years from now.

I actually look forward to the photo sessions with Adriana.  The results help me see myself in a way I would like the world to see me - a portrait of my best self.
