We aim to include as many breakdowns groupings as time allows. Our philosophy is to maximize the time spent together when everyone is dressed up, creating a variety of cherished memories. For the high school seniors, we offer half or full-day sessions with some breaks for lunch and location changes.
2. When is my session fee due and what does it include? Your session fee is due at the time of booking to reserve our time together. It includes a personalized custom-designed portrait session with Adriana, covering her time, talent, and travel on the day of photography. The fee also encompasses artist-designed sample images for your in-person sales appointment.
3. Why do I have to do an in-person ordering appointment? We believe in making your life easier and ensuring your final portraits match your vision perfectly. It can be challenging to visualize enhancements, correct sizing, and ideal finishes without face-to-face discussions. Thus, the in-person ordering appointment guarantees the best solution for your unique needs.
4. How much should I budget for portraits? While the range can vary, most clients typically spend between $3000 and $20000 on their finished order. However, depending on the size and complexity of the finished artwork, orders may vary.
5. Who handles the retouching? Adriana and her team handle all retouching and artwork on your images to ensure that the artist's vision is executed masterfully.
6. How are my photographs produced and delivered? For your convenience, small photographs, designer cards, and albums are usually drop-shipped right to your door or are available for pick up at the studio. Large framed artwork can be personally delivered and installed upon request.
7. Do I receive any digital files? Yes, all wall portraits 11x14 and larger come with fully finished digital sharing files for your social media needs. Additionally, albums and portfolio boxes include selected digital files. Orders over $4000 may also include digital printing files.
8. Do you handle framing? Yes, we work with a local framing wholesaler to provide the best possible price and showcase your images perfectly to suit your style.
9. How long will you archive my session? Images ordered from your session will be archived for 3 years, ensuring you have time to make additional prints or products if desired.
10. Do you offer payment plans? What forms of payment do you accept? Yes, we offer payment plans that split your total bill into 3 payments. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards for your convenience.
